			OVERVIEW/NOTES/SUMMARY
Anderson was originally designed as the first playoff/World Series or "critical game" manager. As such, he's not designed to handle a full season, whether 162 games or 80.

Anderson does NOT set aside a rotation. This area is an example of the difficulty in programming a playoff manager. Managers obviously use all pitchers in a final game situation - they need to win that game or they go home. However, if it's the first game of a playoff, they will clearly not use all of their players, especially a stud or key starter.

It's impossible, however, for the micromanager to know whether it's the first game of a playoff series, or the critical 5th or 7th or decisive game. You must, then, bench all pitchers you do NOT want pitching for that game.

Anderson attempts to "straddle" this issue - of whether its a early game or key one - by being aggressive but not overly so. As such, he's probably not very good for the first game OR the last one. Which probably defeats the purpose of making him in the first place.

Some notes/info:

Superclosers/closers. Super-type closers must have 25 or more saves. They are limited to one inning or perhaps 1+ one outings. Closers must have 10 or more saves and may pitch 2 innings (maximum). Both outings are dependent on RR factors. Anderson generally has a quicker hook in save situations, pulling starters struggling more quickly than in ordinary regular season contests.

Setup relievers used IF supercloser available. One batter relief specialists used; lefty/right numbers emphasized a great deal. Starters pulled in safe games; but the margin must be higher than for a regular season game (i.e., 11/10/9 runs in the 7th/8th/9th). Additionally low starting durability (1 or 0) starters will likely be allowed to finish up; also bullpen must be fully rested. Otherwise, the starter goes nine.

Offense:
Very aggressive pinchhitting especially when down. Will PH in the 5th in a critical situation; and for announced pinchhitters early as well as late. Steal and small ball (hit and run) are greatly influenced by steal chance. Bunting conservative except against very high grade opposing pitcher.

Blowout subbing: Conservative and usually used only in real lopsided games when AHEAD. NEVER behind.
